Bakers Base

At Bakers Base, our mission is to make it simple for bakers to grow and for customers to discover great bakes. That’s why we’ve designed an ordering process that’s quick, transparent, and flexible, keeping in mind the busy schedules of both bakers and customers.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Start by creating your free account on Bakers Base. This will allow you to place orders, track your requests, and stay in touch with your favourite bakers.

Step 2: Browse Shops or Products

Explore our marketplace and browse by location, category, price, or rating to find exactly what you’re looking for — from custom cakes to artisanal pastries.

Step 3: Check Product Availability

Once you’ve found a product you love, click “Check Availability.”
This will open an Order Request Form. Simply fill out your details and submit the request to the baker.

Step 4: Track Your Order Request

To view your request, go to My Account → Availability Requests.

• If your request shows as “Pending Payment,” this means the baker has approved your order and it’s ready for checkout.

Step 5: Complete Your Payment

Hover over your Request Number and click the icon that appears on the right-hand side.
You’ll be taken to the Checkout Page, where you can:

• Confirm your delivery or collection details
• Complete your payment securely via PayPal or Stripe.

Step 6: Stay Connected

We’ve made communication simple!
You can chat directly with your baker through the portal or contact them via WhatsApp to discuss details, confirm designs, or arrange pickup times.

And that’s it!

Once your payment is complete, your baker will prepare your order, a freshly made, just for you.
