BakersBase Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the BakersBase Affiliate Programme. By applying to and participating in the programme, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the programme. BakersBase is operated by BakersBase Ltd, United Kingdom.

  1. Eligibility
  • You must be at least eighteen years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements under United Kingdom law.
  • You must provide accurate and valid personal and payment information to participate in the programme.
  • You must have a valid online presence such as a website, social media platform, mailing list, or community in a relevant niche.
  • Self referrals are not permitted and you must not sign up as an affiliate to earn commission on your own account.
  1. Affiliate Responsibilities
  • You must promote BakersBase ethically and truthfully.
  • You must not make false claims or imply partnership ownership or management.
  • You are responsible for ensuring any promotional activity complies with UK advertising laws, GDPR, ASA guidelines, and any applicable platform policies.
  • Spam, misleading marketing, and incentivised fraudulent sign-ups are strictly prohibited.
  1. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn the following:

  • Five pounds (£5) for every verified baker who completes sign-up and completes the free trial period.
  • Ten per cent (10%) recurring commission on the baker’s subscription fee for a period of six months.
  1. Subscription and Payment Timeline
  2. Bakers receive a two-month free trial.
  3. The baker must remain subscribed for a minimum of three months.
  4. The first payment by the baker occurs in the third month.
  5. Affiliate payout of the sign-up bonus will be made at start of the fourth month.
  6. Monthly commissions will commence from start of the 5th month continue for next 5 (five) months thereafter, provided the referred baker remains an active paid subscriber.
  7. If the baker cancels before making their first subscription payment, no commission will be paid.
  8. Payment Terms
  • Payments are processed monthly.
  • Payments may be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or another method determined by BakersBase.
  • Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any tax obligations arising from commissions earned.
  1. Valid Referrals

A referral is only valid if:

  • The baker signs up using your unique affiliate link.
  • The baker is a genuine bakery or baking business within the United Kingdom.
  • The baker has not previously held a BakersBase account.

BakersBase reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals. Fraudulent or suspicious referrals will not be paid.

  1. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not allowed:

  • Creating duplicate or false referrals.
  • Offering cash or unrelated incentives for sign-ups.
  • Misrepresenting BakersBase services.
  • Using paid advertising against BakersBase branded keywords without permission.
  • Conducting any marketing that breaches legal regulations or platform rules.

Violation may result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of pending commissions.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • BakersBase logos, brand assets, and marketing content may only be used in approved formats.
  • Modification of BakersBase brand assets without written approval is prohibited.
  1. Termination
  • BakersBase may suspend or terminate your affiliate status at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if fraudulent activity is detected.
  • You may terminate your participation at any time by written notice to BakersBase.
  1. Amendments
  • BakersBase reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Notice will be provided through the website or email. Continued participation after any changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
  1. Liability
  • BakersBase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Programme.
  • There is no guarantee of earnings. Earnings are dependent on successful referrals and subscription conversions.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Acceptance: By participating in the BakersBase Affiliate Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
