Q: A customer says they paid but the order is still “Pending”. What should I do?
A: First, check your connected Stripe or PayPal account to see if the payment has come through. If it has, you can manually approve the order. If not, contact the customer to clarify. The status typically updates automatically upon successful payment.

Q: Can I edit an order after it has been placed?
A: Yes, you can edit certain details like the collection time or product variations from the order details page. It’s good practice to inform the customer of any changes.

Q: How do I handle a customer who wants to cancel?
A: You can decline the order from your Order Calendar. If a payment has already been taken, the refund must be processed directly through your Stripe or PayPal dashboard. Please refer to your shop’s Terms and Conditions regarding cancellations.
