Shipping Policy
At Whisk and Whirl, all orders are freshly baked and dispatched within 1–2 working days. We offer Standard Delivery (2–4 days) and Express Delivery (1–2 days) within the UK, with tracking provided for all orders.
Some highly perishable items may be available for local delivery or collection only—this will be noted on the product page. We package all items carefully to keep them fresh and protected during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or delayed, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can help. We cannot replace items when incorrect delivery details are provided at checkout.
Refund Policy
At Whisk and Whirl, we take great pride in the quality of our baked goods. As our items are freshly made and perishable, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our usual standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will happily review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
t Whisk and Whirl, all orders are freshly prepared, so cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once baking has begun or the order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or refund the purchase.
For custom cakes or large orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
